The Concours is open to cars in the following categories:

A – One-off models
B – The only remaining car from an extremely limited production run
C – Prototypes
D – Concept and Show cars
E – Famous Cars (notable or particularly interesting cars, e.g. of a famous owner, of a famous victory or of particularly special finishings)
F – Cars from an extremely limited production run (20 ever built or remaining)

During the Concours the display of the cars, the work of the jury, made up of a board of experts and of Italian and foreign designers, as well as entertainment will take place in the splendid setting of Casina Valadier, a historical residence in the Pincio park, where, in the past, great Roman families had the largest and most sumptuous gardens in the city.
The programme also includes a presentation of the cars in the Piazza di Spagna and the option to join a wonderful parade in the centre of Rome by night.
Participants will be accommodated at the Westin Excelsior Hotel located close to the Pincio. This is one of Rome’s most prestigious hotels and is situated in the capital’s most glamorous street, Via Veneto: the traditional meeting point of the international jet set, and celebrities from the worlds of culture, art and entertainment.

The true challenge of The Unique Cars International Concours is to put exceptional cars together, sometimes for the first time, forming thematic micro-categories: the occasion may, for instance, be to celebrate an anniversary or the work of great coachbuilders on similar chassis. The Concours aims also at becoming a “must” for contemporary coachbuilders, who, nowadays, are producing tailor-made cars again, as they were in the early 1900s. Their works are extraordinary art objects, to be appreciated because of the beauty of their design and the atelier interiors as well as because of their high technology.

In order to be admitted to The Unique Cars International Concours, cars have necessarily to be previously registered in The Unique Cars International Register.

Many international Museums and a number of private collectors have already joined the Register
and many others are having their web-pages made right now
If you find our project interesting and you would like to have your car(s) included in the Register, please drop us a line or just enter its data in our registration form. We will contact you and send you your login and password to enter the Register!

You may know of fellow enthusiasts and owners who might be interested to know of the Register and we would greatly appreciate you informing them of this new initiative. The value and success of the Register will depend on it including as many of these special cars as possible, making it the focal point of authoritative information and discussion about cars that will always remain of special interest to collectors and enthusiasts.
